Shipping and Returns

Delivery Information
You may change or cancel your order at any point before completing the checkout process. If your order has already been sent to our sales office, please contact us immediately on 0800 020 9172. The sooner you notify us, the more likely we are able to amend your order without causing delays.

We provide a week-commencing delivery date as a guide only. Deliveries may take place slightly earlier or later than the estimated date.

All deliveries are made to ground-floor locations only. Please ensure you have suitable arrangements in place to move the lockers to their final position.

All lockers are made to order. Once manufacturing has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns.

If you require delivery on a specific date, this may be possible subject to availability and additional charges.

Delivery to postcodes PA, HS, KA, KW and ZE is available for large orders only. Prices for these locations are available on application.


Product Delivery Times
Quick Delivery Lockers: 5–7 working days
General Mild Steel Lockers: 20 working days
Swimming Pool, Heavy, Extra Heavy Duty & Mini Laminate Lockers: Approximately 4 weeks
Laptop Lockers: 4–5 weeks

If you require delivery sooner than the standard lead times, please email us with your requirements and we will advise if this is possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We make every effort to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for guidance on the correct procedure.

If goods are visibly damaged on delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery or signing the delivery note as “Damaged”.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (maximum of 3 working days). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: goods incorrectly ordered by the customer are non-returnable, as all products are made to order.


Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived by the quoted “Delivery By” date shown on your order acknowledgement, please contact Premier Lockers immediately by phone or email via our Contact Us page. We will investigate the delay as a priority.
